Jaquelin M. While in law school, she interned with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Healthcare Fraud division and worked in Southwestern’s Immigration Law Clinic, where she assisted victims of domestic violence and vulnerable juveniles in securing temporary immigration status. These experiences deepened her commitment to protecting families and supporting clients through pivotal moments in their lives.

Before joining Skarin Law Group, Jaquelin practiced at a boutique family law firm, managing high-net-worth and high-profile matters involving complex financial and custody issues. She regularly collaborated with forensic accountants and other experts to resolve disputes involving child and spousal support, domestic violence, property characterization, and division. Her background gives her a strong command of both the legal and practical challenges that arise in high-conflict cases.

At Skarin Law Group, Jaquelin serves as an Associate Attorney handling a wide range of family law matters, including dissolutions, paternity actions, domestic violence restraining orders, premarital agreements, child custody, child support, spousal support, and post-judgment issues.
